Tuition programs

• 1 lesson: 55 minutes.
• Minimum age: 18
• Schedule: (9:00 AM - 1:10PM) for 20 lessons / week.
              (9:00 AM - 3:20 PM) for 25 lessons / week.
              (9:00 AM - 4:45 PM) for 30 lessons / week.
• Maximum of 14 students per class, average between  8 and 11.
   
• Private course: 20 lessons per week.
   
• Co-op program (Internship). Upper intermediate level required. The minimum total duration must be 8 weeks with 4 weeks english course and 4 weeks Co-op program (4 and 4). Then 12 (6 and 6), 16 (8 and 8), ......
      TUITION: 30 lessons per week.
      CO-OP program, same duration as tuition. CV and a letter in support of application are compulsory. (Both in French and in English).
   Because of Montreal, bilingual city, this working experience will be both in English and in French.
   
• "PLUS lessons": 10 private lessons, 2 weeks minimum (5 lessons per week minimum). Additional course to a group course in order to improve particular skills with the teacher.
   
• All levels available.
   
• School material not included. 40$ per 4 weeks session
   
• Language laboratory.
• Free access to Internet and Email. Wireless connexion available.
• Guided tour of the school neighbourhood

Tuition program

These diplomas insure a recognition of your English level on an international plan with numerous multinational companies as well as with English-speaking universities around the world. Establish by UCLES (local University of Cambridge Examinations Syndicates).

• 1 lesson: 55 minutes.
• Minimum age: 18 
• FCE : 25 lessons per week, intermediate level students require a 12 weeks program. Advance level, 4 or  8 weeks are okay.
   
• Schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:45 PM.
• Maximum of 14 students per class
   
• IELTS, TOEFL: 20 lessons per week. The school prepare to these exams but NOT register students to these exams. Minimum level required: intermediaite.

CAMBRIDGE, FCE

Our greeting families are recruited with great care. The criteria of selection are very rigorous and each family must satisfy a precise conditions of contract: : excellent morality, desire to communicate with their host, satisfactory social standing. We should specify that the families will only speak with you the language of the country where you will be. It is the principle of the immersion courses!

• 2 RESIDENCES AVAILABLE, RES1 and RES2.
  
  RES1:

  Is a new residence built in 2008. It is a beautiful residence with many modern features. It is centrally located downtown and a few minutes’ walk to the school (around 10). Students live in apartments. Each apartment has 3 or 5 single bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen & lounge and wireless internet and flat screen TV, air conditioning. The unit has shared bathrooms (1 bathroom in 3-bedroom unit; 2 bathrooms in 5-bedroom unit). Each floor of apartments has a washing machine and dryer. On the main floor are entertainment rooms and more lounge areas. There is a games room and theatre room. Weekly in-house activities are organized by the residence. Fully-equipped gym on-site. No meal provided. Cleaning once a week as well as change of towels and bed linen.
  
  RES2
  
  Is a full renovated residence a few years ago. It is centrally located downtown and a few minutes’ walk to the school (around 5). Students have their own bedrooms. Shared or private bathrooms. Common area with fridge, microwave, coffee machine. A cafeteria is also available. No meal provided. Cleaning every 3 days as well as change of bed linen. Towels changed every day. Air conditioning, TV and phone in bedrooms. Internet access in the residence.

Montreal is an island lined in the South by Saint Laurentriver and in the North by the Prairies river. In its heart thrones the Royal Mountain, proud of its 229 metres and its three summits where from we discover all the city. Houses are there beautiful and flooded in the greenery. As for the mountain, the real lung of Montreal, it is a 100 hectare park where grow in a merry disorder some 60 000 trees. It is also the area of relaxation of the Montrealers who come to go cross-country skiing, of the cycle, the horse or the strolls there. Below, streets in checkerboards cross themselves the American way. In the business district, always effervescent, the skyscrapers of the big banks or the insurance companies are next to old houses of Victorian style. Crossing all the city from North to South, the Saint Laurent boulevard separates it in French-speaking (east) and English-speaking (west). It is often there that the new immigrants put finally their bag. There we discover the fashionable shops, the cafes terraces. Montreal also offers quantity of cultural activities. We count 65 theatres in the region, of very numerous exhibitions, an opera and the famous "Cirque du Soleil". The festivals are numerous there from the beautiful days: competition of international fireworks, festival " Just for Laugh ", Jazz festival, festival " films of the world", the festival of the greedy holidays, Francofolies and in winter festival of snows and many others.
